I check the App Store for “mood tracker” apps periodically, and downloaded the today’s app for review because it was called literally like that. It was a lesson for me to not download apps without a proper brand name though:D. But more on this a little later.
The app is created by Wergames OU.
It has 4 main screens: Diary (your daily moods), Statistics, Focus (daily breathing exercises), Settings.
The Diary shows the feed of your moods and a button to check the new one in.

The Add mood allows you to log a mood record and add associated notes, photo, or one of the few predefined activities. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any option to add custom activities which is quite weird I guess. There are 5 mood levels, nothing special here.

Statistics page is basically not available in free version. Like not available even for the latest month, like it sometimes happens in other paid apps. So nothing to comment on here.

And Focus has some basic breathing exercises which is nice, but not a core functionality for the app.

And that’s basically it. So no special features besides breathing exercises, no statistics in the free version, no activity customization. That’s I wrote that it feels like not the best idea to download apps from any brand. They just try to match for the search keywords:(.
So of course, if you wish, you can check it here: https://apps.apple.com/ua/app/daily-mood-tracker-self-care/id1643932633?l=uk
But I’d suggest to go and check either free or paid apps and choose something better for your mood tracking experience:
